Know what your credits do.
Access and availability
Google is the only account sign-in method. Each API key belongs to one pool and uses its designated paid or Promo balance. A key’s optional spending limit applies over its lifetime; an unlimited key remains limited by its available balance. The full key is displayed only once and can be revoked.
Use the active models, protocols, limits, and prices in the Clydex catalog. Current access is limited to the documented text profile. Published paid API rates are 0.05× the listed OpenAI Standard rates, for the selected model and context. Promo credits use their separate standard rates. Live availability depends on verified routes and billing support; publishing a comparison does not activate a model. No uptime, latency, or universal client compatibility guarantee is made.
Balances and billing
Paid balance and Promo credits are separate API credits. Promo credits apply to the Promo pool at standard model rates and do not receive paid-pool discounts. Neither balance, including referral commission, can be withdrawn as cash or cryptocurrency. Promo keys do not automatically spend paid funds.
Usage counters reflect actual tokens. Published model rates and the recorded price snapshot determine settled charges. Available balance excludes active request reservations. An uncertain request is shown as pending reconciliation; it is not assumed free. Final policies for unsuccessful/disconnected requests and the maximum reconciliation period still require approval before live access.
$5 welcome and up to $100 in referral rewards
An eligible invited friend receives a separate $5 welcome credit after Google sign-in, Telegram linking, and channel subscription verification, before their first request. The inviter receives $5 for each of the first 20 qualified friends, up to $100 in Promo credits. Both participants must complete required verification. Qualification requires a completed successful request with positive confirmed usage after settlement; a Promo request counts. Signup alone does not qualify a friend.
The campaign can pause when its operating budget is exhausted or it is otherwise paused on the server. A pause stops new Promo requests and new $5 grants. Previously issued credits are not automatically deleted. Resumption depends on an active campaign and the usual eligibility requirements. No end date or restart date is announced. Credit expiry and subscription-change rules remain to be finalized.
5% of referred paid top-ups
When a direct referral redeems a paid code, their referrer receives 5% of the funded portion credited to the redeemer. This is a separate ongoing program for all direct referrals, including those beyond the first 20. It credits the referrer’s paid API balance and does not create cashout rights or additional referral levels.
Buying a code alone is not a qualifying top-up. A gifted code rewards the referrer of the redeemer, not necessarily the buyer’s referrer. Network fees, gift/bonus portions, manual credits, and commission itself do not increase the qualifying base. Each qualifying redemption creates one commission. The referrer can see a pseudonymous identifier, cumulative funded top-ups, and commission; full email, payment transaction details, and codes are not included in that referral view.
Purchases, delivery, and redemption
Crypto purchases start at $10 through the configured GM Wallet / GM Pay checkout. Only enabled and verified token/network pairs are offered. Check the exact asset, network, amount, fees, destination, expiry, and confirmation instructions displayed for your order. A browser return page does not itself confirm payment. Fiat checkout is not part of this MVP.
Confirmed payment leads to a credit code, not an immediate API top-up. A separate redemption credits one authenticated account and produces a receipt. The buyer’s protected purchase history can reveal the same code again and shows issued, redeemed, or refund status as recorded by the server. Paid orders awaiting delivery must be recovered through the original order; another payment is not required to retry delivery.
Codes are transferable and redeemable once. Until redeemed, a code is a bearer secret: anyone with a copy may attempt to redeem it. The first successful redemption wins, including if the buyer retains a copy. The buyer can see redeemed status but not a different redeemer’s profile or balance. Do not place codes in URLs, logs, or analytics.
Routine refunds are not offered in the current MVP product policy. Anomalous payments and exceptional technical corrections require review. Rules for chain reorganizations, corrections after credits are spent, and commission reversals are not finalized; no automatic reversal policy is represented here.
Information still required for launch
Clydex has not published a verified seller identity, address, or support contact. Approved legal terms, the privacy and retention notice, code/credit expiry, exceptional payment-resolution rules, and the final permitted paid tariff remain launch requirements. Do not send funds outside an enabled merchant checkout.
